DTP (E) advised not purchase any land/houses in the unauthorized colonies

PBK News : The unauthorized colony was being developed in the form of small residential plots by the local property namely B. S. Enclave Estates Pvt. Ltd. in the revenue estate of village Bhondsi at Khasra Nos. 103//8/1/2, 7/2, 14/1, 8/2/1/2, 13/2/1, 14/2/1 & 13/2/2/1, total area measuring approximately 15 to 18 Acres in the revenue estate of village Bhondsi, behind C.D. International School (Maruti Kunj Road). The notices were issued to the dealer under the provisions of Haryana Development and Regulations of Urban Areas Act, 1975, although the construction and colonization was not stopped. Accordingly, the team was constituted by worthy Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram for the demolition of the aforementioned illegal colony and the demolition was carried out by the team of DTP (Enforcement), Gurugram on 18.04.2017. During the said drive, approximately 60-65 DPCs and 8 nos. of under construction unauthorized structures were demolished including the boundary wall of the colony.

The demolition program was carried out under the supervision of Sh. Rajender T. Sharma, District Town Planner, Enforcement, Gurugram, wherein, Sh. Narender Kumar, ATP, Sh. Takdir Singh J.E., Sh. Somveer, Patwari and other staff of O/o DTP (E), Gurugram was present. Ayub Khan, Naib Tehsildar, Badshahpur was appointed as Duty Magistrate and SHO, P.S. Bhondsi provided the police force to maintain the law and order situation. The program was held peacefully with the help of District Administration.

DTP (E), Gurugram has advised to general public that they should not purchase any land/houses in the unauthorized colonies. The Deputy Commissioner, Gurugram has also directed to lodge FIR against the people/builder/property dealers who were involved in the unauthorized colonization and involved in the sale/purchase without ascertaining the NOC under Section 7A of Haryana Development and Regulations of Urban Areas Act, 1975, from DTP(E), Gurugram.
